Invite-Only Launch — Capacity-Gated Cohort

The Wheel
Strategy.
Systematized.
Automated.

Never miss a morning entry. Never hold a loser past your rules. WheelBot runs the rules you configure — scanning your watchlist, evaluating strikes against your parameters, placing limit orders, and managing exits — on your own brokerage account, with your money, under your direction.

You Have a Strategy.
You Just Don't Execute It.

You Miss the Setup Window
The best CSP entries happen between 9:45–10:15am. You're in a meeting. By noon the premium is gone and IV has compressed. WheelBot is always at the desk.
😬
You Break Your Own Rules
Position goes against you. You hold past your delta trigger. You tell yourself "it'll bounce." The rules engine never second-guesses itself — it exits when the rules say exit.
📉
You Ignore the VIX
Selling premium into a volatility spike is a capital-destroying mistake. WheelBot automatically tightens strike selection and reduces position size when VIX crosses the regime thresholds you set.
🧩
You Can't Track It All
Three CSPs approaching expiry. Two assignments needing CC coverage. One roll due. One new setup signaling. Managing a live wheel book is a full-time cognitive load. WheelBot tracks every position, every expiry, every roll trigger — simultaneously.

The System Behind the Signals.

01
Daily Market Scan
Each morning, the system scans the Wheel-suitable tickers on your watchlist for IV Rank, liquidity, and the technical conditions you've enabled. Only setups that pass all of your filters surface.
02
Strike Evaluation
Live Greeks from ORATS are used to evaluate candidate strikes against your configured delta range and DTE window. MACD phase and support/resistance checks run as additional filters you can enable or disable.
03
Regime Filter
VIX level determines parameter tightness against the thresholds you set. Elevated volatility means tighter strikes, smaller size, or no trade. The system respects the conditions you configure.
04
Order Execution & Management
Limit orders are placed and walked if needed for fills. Positions are monitored intraday — delta breaches, earnings windows, and expiry triggers auto-roll or close per your rules, without hesitation.
05
AI Journal & Review
Every trade is logged with entry rationale and Greeks against your configured rules. A morning briefing and EOD summary show how your positions performed relative to your own parameters — educational context for your own analysis.
Unlike weekly put-selling bots, WheelBot targets 21–45 DTE with live IV Rank filtering — more premium, less whipsaw. VIX-gated, ORATS-sourced, delta-targeted — not just sell-the-closest-expiry.

One Engine.
Three Sizes. Your Rules.

Every plan is the same self-directed automation engine — full CSP + covered-call execution on your own brokerage account. Plans differ by scale: how many symbols you watch and how many positions you run at once. You configure everything; WheelBot executes the rules you set. WheelBot does not select securities for you, advise on suitability, or override your parameters.

✓ Tradier API · live · more brokerages rolling out

Same engine — pick your scale
Choose Starter if...
  • → You run a focused book (≤5 names, ≤5 positions)
  • → You want full automation without paying for scale
  • → You're getting comfortable with hands-off execution
Choose Autopilot if...
  • → You're diversifying across more names (up to 15)
  • → You want to backtest your config before committing
  • → You want LEAP and Short-DTE alongside the core wheel
Choose Pro if...
  • → You run a large book (up to 100 symbols / 40 positions)
  • → You want the optimizer to explore your parameter space
  • → You treat this like a business and want the full toolset

All three execute your rules automatically on your own account. The difference is how much you run, not whether it's automated.

⚠ WheelBot is self-directed automation software, not an investment adviser. All plans place real trades in your own brokerage account under your own direction — WheelBot does not manage your money, select securities for you, or override your parameters. "I'm not a professional trader — I'm someone who got serious about the Wheel Strategy, learned it through real trades (and real losses), and eventually got tired of undermining my own rules.

I kept missing the morning entry window because life got in the way. I'd hold positions past my own delta trigger because I convinced myself it would bounce. I knew the rules — I just couldn't execute them consistently. So I spent months building the system that would.

WheelBot runs my configured rules every morning — scanning my watchlist, evaluating strikes against my parameters, placing limit orders, and managing exits — on my account, with my money. It's a personal automation project I decided to share. Not financial advice. Not a fund. Just a tool that executes the rules I set, because I couldn't maintain them manually."

Personal Project · Not a Product

WheelBot is a self-directed trading automation tool. It is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial service. It does not manage third-party funds, execute trades on anyone else's behalf as an advisor, or provide personalized investment recommendations. Broker Relationship Disclosure

WheelBot may receive compensation from a broker for accounts opened through this platform. This relationship does not influence which securities are evaluated or how the rules engine operates. Tradier is currently the supported brokerage for execution; additional brokerages are rolling out. Always review your broker's own disclosures and fee schedule before opening an account.
